Capacity control is primary used to demonstrate the effects of planned interventions on traffic flow.
The static and the newer dynamic model studies used to verify the planned changes' effects on various traffic situations with overview of the total or partial section of traffic changes.
Our developments are aimed to create a program that is able to combine the benefits of the two methods.
